How many customers will I email each month?

This varies on your store’s cart & order abandonment rate, but most stores can expect to contact about half as many customers as you have orders each month. So if you process 250 orders in a month, Jilt will send recovery campaigns to about 125 customers.

Do I pay per-email?

No, you’ll only pay for the number of unique customers that you email each month, not per email that you send.

Do you have a free plan?

Yes! You can email up to 25 customers each month entirely free.

What if I’m not happy?

We want you to love using Jilt, but if you don’t, you can cancel at any time — there’s no annual contract or commitment. Just contact us and our team will be happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

If your store is on Shopify, you’ll be able to have your Jilt charge added to your monthly Shopify invoice. For stores on WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
