The Jilt team took some time to rest and recharge over the holidays, and now we’re back and pushing full steam ahead to make Jilt even more useful for you in 2018. First out of the gate, we have a bunch of big additions to the app this week, including post purchase follow ups, test mode, and an enhanced abandoned orders view. We’ve been teasing the idea that Jilt would begin doing more than recover […]

Read on for full details and we’ll see you in 2018 with many more exciting updates and new features planned. Happy holidays! Account usage estimates When we moved to usage-based billing, Jilt started to send emails with estimated usage for the month, so you’d know what to expect on your bill. […]
The holiday shopping season is in full swing, and your busy time is our busy time. Over Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Jilt sent over 120,000 emails that helped stores recover almost half a million dollars! It was intense, but this update isn’t just about telling you how hard our servers worked over BFCM. In addition to helping shops rescue thousands of dollars, we’ve also made some big changes to Jilt that we’re pretty excited […]

Perhaps your customer replied to your first recovery email with a question, and now you’re […]

We’ve pushed an app update this week that we think you’ll love! Jilt can now help you personalize subject lines in your recovery emails using customer or cart information. You can now use the same merge tags you’ve been using in email content to insert customer names, product titles, or other cart data in your subject lines.
Today Jilt officially supports a third platform, as we’re excited to announce Easy Digital Downloads support for Jilt! This joins our WooCommerce integration as the second WordPress eCommerce integration available for Jilt, bringing our support platform total to 3. We worked with the team at Easy Digital Downloads to build this connector plugin, so we’re confident
